Footwear (Essential)
- Waterproof trekking shoes/boots
- Extra pair of wool socks
- Sandals for camp (optional)
Clothing Layers
- Thermal base layers (top and bottom)
- Fleece jacket or mid-layer
- Waterproof jacket and pants
- Quick-dry trekking pants
- Warm hat and gloves
Personal Items
- Daypack (30–40L)
- Water bottle (1L, insulated)
- Sunscreen and sunglasses
- Toiletries (minimal)
- Headlamp with extra batteries
Trek Gear
- Trekking poles (recommended)
- Rain cover/poncho
- Basic first aid (band-aids, pain relief)
- Reusable water bottle
What NOT to Bring
- Heavy non-essentials
- Cotton clothing (slow drying)
- Expensive jewelry
- Too many changes of clothes
