About the facilitator

About Arjun Mehta

Arjun began his meditation practice in 2014 after leaving a decade-long career in technology. What began as stress relief became a steady study of attention, silence, and the mind. He trained in Vipassana at Dhamma Bodhi in Bodh Gaya. He also spent two years at a Zen centre in Kyoto before returning to India to lead Himalayan retreats. His work suits people who want a clear meditation retreat without pressure, performance, or extra complexity.

Approach

How the space is held

Arjun teaches meditation as attention training, not spiritual performance. His sessions are clear, direct, and simple. He believes the mountains are often the best meditation teacher. His role is to remove the noise that stops people from hearing them. In retreats, he uses silence, simple instruction, walking practice, and one-to-one check-ins. This helps people build steadiness without forcing any belief system.
